What this site is
EMPTY LEGS is a search tool for discounted private jet repositioning flights (empty legs). We list inventory from partners we are connected to. We are not an airline, operator, or a scheduled carrier. We do not take payment here. If there is no empty leg, Ask can request an indicative charter quote from Villiers; any booking is completed with that partner.
Affiliate disclosure
We may earn a commission or other compensation if you book through a partner after using this site. That does not change the fare the partner quotes you. The full statement is on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
Listings are not a contract with us
Empty legs are leftover sectors. Times, aircraft, airports, prices and availability can change or disappear without notice. A price shown as “on request” is not an offer. Nothing on this site is a confirmed booking, a guarantee of a seat, a guarantee of a saving, or advice that a route is suitable for you.
When you follow a booking link, you deal with that partner. Their terms, cancellation rules, identity checks, operational control and privacy notice apply. We are not a party to that contract unless a partner’s terms say otherwise.
Your use of the site
You agree not to:
- scrape, overload or interfere with the site or partner feeds;
- misuse contact or alert forms (including spam);
- present yourself as EMPTY LEGS or copy the brand to mislead;
- use the site if you are not old enough to enter a contract in your country.
Search results may be incomplete. Partners decide what they publish. We may change, pause or remove the site without notice.
Intellectual property
The EMPTY LEGS name, layout and original copy on this site belong to us or our licensors. Partner names, aircraft images and listing data remain theirs. You may not copy the site for a competing service.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from a listing being wrong, stale or unavailable; from a partner declining, changing or cancelling a trip; from your travel, immigration or insurance arrangements; or from any booking you make off this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Distance-selling and package-travel cancellation rights, where they apply, are a matter between you and the partner who takes your money — not EMPTY LEGS — because we do not take payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the UK, Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also rely on mandatory protections of your country of residence.
